Terms of use¶

Draft — review before relying on this text

These terms are a template for the public docs site. Have them reviewed by counsel before treating them as binding.

By using Comrade Bot, the Politburo portal, or related APIs (“the Service”), you agree to these terms.

The Service¶

The Service connects Discord, Infinite Flight, and your virtual airline’s tools. We provide software; your VA owns its community rules and datasource content.

Your responsibilities¶

Provide accurate information when registering; use only your IFC account.
Do not impersonate other players or attempt to bypass registration checks.
Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and your VA’s rules.
Keep API keys and signed links confidential; you are responsible for use under your keys.

Virtual airlines¶

Each VA is tied to one Discord guild. VA administrators configure integrations and roles. We may suspend or remove access for abuse, fraud, or operator decisions.

Availability¶

The Service is provided as is. We may change features, APIs, or availability without notice. Live game data depends on Infinite Flight and network conditions.

Limitation of liability¶

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes¶

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.

Governing law¶

Specify your jurisdiction here after legal review.

Contact¶

For questions about these terms, contact the Infinite Experiment operator through your usual VA or project support channel.
